Customer Service oriented real estate services. My business philosophy is based upon the customer. I do not want to simply “satisfy my clients, I want to make them RAVING FANS!” As a full service real estate broker, I spend much time with all my clients, whether buying or selling, to determine what is important to them and how they wish to accomplish their real esate goals. Most agents do not take the time to listen to their clients and bore them with all the sales pitches that have come from sales manuels. I take the time to learn their needs and delve into their personal lives to find out what is the most important thing for them at this time.
My philosophy on marketing is simple and direct. Get the word out about a new home to as many people as possible and hopefully, one of them will want to purchase the home. In order to do this, I employ numerous tools to include the internet, personal websites, and local newspaper advertisements. The most important thing about marketing the home is to extentuate the positives, account for the negatives, and place the would-be home buyer in that home as their own. If they cannot picture themselves in that home, then it will not sell.
My philosophy on working with buyers is to ask enough questions to make sure they know what they are looking to purchase. Once they know, then they can tell me and I can find the best homes available that meet those criteria. Buyers can be difficult, but it is also very rewarding. In fact, the most difficult buyers often give the most reward to me in terms of their level of satisfaction and happiness. When their eyes light up, you can see that they have found the home that they would love to raise their children and spend their life.
